A Muslim should DRINK with right hand because SHAITAN (satan) drinks with left hand.

Sit and DRINK.

Recite “Bismillah” before DRINKING and say “Alhamdulillah” after DRINKING.

DRINK in three breaths and remove utensil from mouth after each sip.

Do not DRINK directly from the jug or bottle one should pour the content into the glass first and have a look at water and then DRINK.

Wash both hands before EATING.

Before EATING spread out a cloth on the floor first.

Remove the shoes before EATING.

Sit on the floor and EAT.

Recite “Bismillah wa`la Barakatillah” aloud.

EAT with the right hand.

EAT with three fingers if possible.

One should not EAT very hot food/do not BLOW on food.

EAT from the side which is front of you.

If a morsel of food falls down pick it up, clean it and EAT it.

Do not lean while EATING.

Do not find fault with the food.

Either sit on both knees on the ground or one knee raised or both knees raised while EATING.

After EATING one should lick his fingers.

Recite DUA after EATING.

First remove the food then get up.

Clean the plate and other utensils thoroughly after EATING.

By doing this the utensils make DUA for one` s forgiveness.

After meals wash both the hands, thereafter gargle the mouth.

While EATING shouldn`t remain completely silent.

? Allah (swt) says in Qur’an:
“Oh you who believe, When the call is proclaimed for the Jumma Salaat then come to the remembrance of Allah, (Jumma Khutbah and Salaat) And leave your businesses and this is better for you if you know.”(Surah Al-Jumu,ah 9)

? Salman al Farsi (RA) narrates that Rasulullah (saw) said:
“Whosoever takes a bath on Friday and he cleanses himself to the best of his ability and he puts on the fragrance that is available at his home and thereafter leaves for the Musjid by taking precaution that he does not cause any separation between those two that were seated there before him, he performs whatever salaat has been written for him from the Sunan and Nawaafil and when the Imam ascends the pulpit to do the Khutbah he remains silent and listens to the Khutbah attentively then almighty Allah declares forgiveness for all the sins committed by that person between this Jumma and the previous Jumma.” (Bukhari,Muslim,Abu Dawood,Musnad Ahmad,Muatta Imam Malik)

? Abu Said Al Khudri (ra) states that Rasulullah (saw) said: ‘The merchant/trader who is completely honest & truthful in his trade will be with the Prophets , the Truthful and Martyrs on the Day of Qiyamah.’ (Tirmidhi)
? Ibn Masood (ra) states that Rasulullah (saw) said: ‘The worry and striving to earn Halal is Compulsory (Fardh) after the major Fardh acts (salaat, saum, etc.) (Baihaqi)

Umar (ra) said: ‘Do not give up earning from Halal sources, and do not say that Allah (swt) provides an earning, for Allah (swt) does not send gold and silver from the skies, he has the ability to do that, but Allah (swt) has the habit of using different means to sustain his creation.’ (Aksir hidayat)
? Abdullah bin Mubarak (rah) said: ‘ I prefer to return one dirham (silver coin) due to suspicion more than giving 100,000 dirhams in Sadaqah.’ (Al Kabair)
